Now some more in depth detail.
The garage is remote controlled and is 6.8 x 6.6m a really good size.
The alarm has sensors strategically located throughout and the box is in the master bedroom and so is the key pad. It has ducted evaporative air-conditioning (which has been temporarily disabled since they had 3 reverse cycle air-conditioners with inverters put in. The house has also been fitted with gas hot water storage system (less than 12 months old). It also has gas points throughout and a gas line runs under the stove if you want a gas top. The carpet throughout the house is in good condition and the tiles which run through the walk way, kitchen and family rooms are in good repair. The house has been recently repainted and most of it is in good condition.
The kitchen is huge, and has a lovely jarrah wood bench top about 4.6m long and 1.2m wide and is set up well for a breakfast/meals area. It has 2 quad & 2 double power points. A double sink with special overlay. A Fisher Paykel dishwasher, an almost new Westinghouse ceramic stove, range hood and Euromaid oven. There's also a spinning pots and pans holder. There's also access to another bedroom/study/nursery which is as big as most double sized rooms through the ensuite.
The other 3 bedrooms are located down the hall through the dining area and to the left. They also have their own air-conditioner as well. All are a good size. Bedroom 3 is 4m x 2.75m. Bed 4 is 4.4m x 2.7m. Bed 5 is huge ate 4.75m x 3.45m and has its own walk in robe as well. All have their own security shutters and plenty of power points and TV access as well.
Down in this area is the second bathroom which is in really good condition and further along is a reasonable sized laundry with plenty of room for anything you need. Opposite the laundry is a huge linen cupboard with L shaped shelves which are 2.2m and 1.6m long and it has 4 shelves. Storage plus.
The access to the enclosed patio area with a wood floor is through the family room. The area is about 3.7m x 11.5m. You can access the patio through this room. The patio is about 4.5m x 16m. It overlooks an enclosed back yard with a large pet house which could be used for almost any pet.
