Like all homes the first thing to grab your attention is its street access and appeal, and of course alongside that ease of access for your cars and any visitors.

The home itself is a double brick and tile home, built in 1971. And its only ever had one set of owners since it was built. So you can imagine then that it is a home full of happy memories.

As you walk into the front of the house you move into the main lounge room. Its naturally a little dated but comfortable and well lit, with wall lamps and an access to pass items through from the kitchen. It has a wall reverse cycle air conditioner and an old style wall air conditioner. As you walk through it moves into the hall way. To the left is the kitchen, dining and family area. Straight ahead is the laundry, and the bedrooms are to the right. Just to the right of the laundry is a good sized double linen and storage cupboard.

The kitchen has been renovated and overlooks the sunken back family room, It has a good sized double sink, cupboards and draws. It also has a stand alone gas stove and oven. Alongside is space for dining as well. This naturally leads out to the great sized family area, with its wood heater. From here you can go out to the car or out back through the sliding glass doors. Under the window space over the kitchen sink is a built in cupboard as well.

Down the hall are 3 fairly good sized bedrooms. The master has a wardrobe that will be left behind. It also has a fan. All rooms have ducted evaporative air conditioning. Two have curtains and all have vertical blinds.

The bathroom is a little dated but is in good condition, and has everything including vanity, cupboards, IXL lights bath and shower recess.

The laundry is a good size and has all a laundry needs with the usual washing sinks, space for washing machine and a place to hang a dryer, and a cupboard. There's also access to the lovely back covered patio area and garden which has a lovely lawn and an area to the right which used to have an above ground pool sometime ago. So if you wanted to put one in, I imagine it could be done quite easily.

Under the back patio is a clothes line as well as having the old hills hoist out back. And of course every back yard can't go without the usual back garden sheds and lean to which is used for the wood. All is well fenced in.
